You may cancel or change your order if it has not yet been dispatched or processed to be dispatched. You can find out the status of your order by visiting your order confirmation stage (The link to the order confirmation page can be found in most of the emails you should have received from us). If it has not yet been dispatched then you can contact us to request either the cancellation or modification of your order. Please keep in mind that there could be a significant delay between your order being dispatched and it showing on the order confirmation page so we may deny your request and kindly ask that you wait until it arrives before your request can be fulfilled. If your order has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it or make any changes to it until it arrives. If you would still like to make a change to your order or would like to return it, then please contact us.
Please note that if you would like to change the delivery address of the order after it has been dispatched, we will be unable to do so. We can only recommend you reaching out to your local postal service and asking them to re-route your deliveries.
