How can I pay for an item?

You can pay for an item using your American Express, Mastercard or Visa Card as-well as with PayPal. You can also pay by using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Why is the checkout in GBP when that is not my currency?

We are based in the UK, so we have all of our payments set to GBP. This does not mean you cannot shop outside of the UK. You can browse in your local currency and view your cart in your local currency, but when you reach checkout, the order price will be displayed in GBP. You can complete the payment using whatever currency you want, but you will be charged in GBP.

How long does delivery take?

This can vary greatly depending on what you ordered. Some items are shipped from within the UK so can be received from as early as the following day for UK residents or 3-7 days for the rest of the world. Other items are shipped from China, so delivery can take 5-14 days for the majority of the world. In some cases, this can take up to 37 days.

Where is my order coming from?

Your order will either be shipped from China, the United Kingdom, or both depending on what you ordered.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, you can click on the link at the bottom of the page that will take you to our contact page. Please state your issue and we will investigate and resolve the issue within the next 48 working hours.

What to do if I have received my order but it is faulty?

If you have received your order and it is faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. If we are unable to send a replacement we will provide you with the resources to return the item, to which a refund will then be issued to you.

What to do if I have received the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong product, simply contact us, and we will resolve the issue and send you the correct product.

Are there any extra charges?

We do not have any hidden charges. However, depending on where you are shopping from in the world, there could be some custom/duties/import fees added onto your order. Be sure to check with your local authority on what the custom fees are. The fees are not our responsibility. They are completely down to you to handle. Although it is very unlikely that you will have any fees charged by your local government.

What do I do if my product has not yet arrived?

Occasionally factors such as bad weather can delay your delivery. If you live in the UK, please wait until 7 days after placing your order before contacting us. If in the EU (Excluding UK) please wait 10 days. And if outside the EU please wait 14 days before contacting us.

How is tax charged?

Tax is included in the price of the product.

Why does my product have third party branding in it?

We do not design or manufacture any of our inventory ourselves. Rather we source it from other companies. This means there may sometimes be third party branding on items.

Can I purchase from another country if my currency is not GBP?

Absolutely, your local currency will simply be converted into GBP when you place an order. However, your bank may charge an international currency fee for making a transaction in another currency. It is your responsibility as the buyer to find out about these fees before shopping with us. We will not cover these fees.
